THE POWERHOUSE IS GOING PLACES!

The Choiseul PowerHouse is “powering ahead” in Cyberspace with the speed of light. Some claim we are hard-hitting and controversial; some claim we are intellectual and academic! Some even claim we are political! Everybody is right! We are all of those things! We have a diverse global audience and it is our pleasure to stimulate your intellectual taste buds and we make no apologies for that. The bottomline is we are independent and have no affinity to any organisation: political or otherwise! We will continue to publish our "power articles"

We wish to extend special thanks to followers for their support. We also encourage you to post your comments and feedback on the Blog using the comments link following the Articles.

CHOISEUL DEVASTATED

Hurricane Tomas wreaked untold havoc in Choiseul/Saltibus;it literally snapped our water supply, telecommunications network, electricity supply and to some extent rendered us a black hole in the universe. But thanks to the Public Utilities Companies, we are rapidly returning to a state of normalcy. In fact 95-99% of all public utilities has been restored, except water. In fact, water has become a very controversial issue with allegations of discrimination against the parliamentary representative. Residents of Morne Jacques, Cafeiere, Dugard, Mongouge, Martin, Ravineau are on the lifeline because of the water crisis. The Power House is at this very moment putting a system in place for the fair distribution of water to those in need.

Keep the faith! the Powerhouse is on its way to help!

  1. Don't forget that on 6th November a small group helped unload a boatload of supplies thanks to Lorne Theophilus . We then spent the rest of the day making up food parcels that were distributed to the needy. This was especially appreciated as this part of the country often seems to be forgotten in the larger scheme of things.
    Lorne, thanks once again
