WHO IS SCL:
Strategic Communication Laboratories(SCL), is a communications company which uses psychological operations or psychological warfare(propaganda) to enable governments, political parties and the military to control and influence(bend your mind) the people of a country. One of SCL’s main tool is the media. SCL engages in psychological operations; information operations; Civil-Military Cooperation (CIMIC); media operations; deception operations; computer network operations; electronic warfare and key leader engagement. SCL is a very dangerous force.
SCL is headquartered in London. The company has a branch in St Vincent. Former PM of St Vincent, James Mitchel(cousin of late Sir John Compton) serves on the board of SCL. Mitchell said: "I worked with SCL over a period of six months to win a very difficult election(in St Lucia). Their professionalism and insight into the electorate was outstanding."
Recently, SCL was hired by the opposition party of SVG to slander the popular Dr Ralph Gonzalves.

The Powerhouse is pleased to announce that SCL's record is no more. It was broken by none other than comrade Dr Ralph Gonzalves of St Vincent and the Grenadines. Now it is our turn to show the current administration and their SCL propagandist that Choiseul and rest of St. Lucia will not fall a second time to their mindbending techniques.
We know they are here. They are also obsessed with the Powerhouse, monitoring us 24/7 from their base in SVG. We are patriotic St. Lucians and we will no fracture or divide-and-rule our country any further, but we we will fetch any rascal who indulges in psychological warfare against our people.
ReplyDeleteNow that St. Lucians are aware of the con-artistry which the dirty politicians and their dirty strategists have brought into this country, they will respond in kind. St. Lucians don't like to be bluffed and cheated. I want the Powerhouse to lead the campaign against these fellows. One thing for sure: now that we know that we have been conned by a convict into voting for him, ALL FALL DOWN.
ReplyDeleteIf you look at the voting patterns during the last elections in the Choiseul/Saltibus area, then you get an immediate insight into SCL strategies.
Isn't it a shame that this government is hiring a racist organisation with links in Iraq, Afghanistan, Somalia to do dirty work in St. Lucia? So, you understand the why the spate of violence and crime is killing the country.
