 BOUSQUET LOSING BIG TIME IN SALTIBUS!

When Tucker noticed he was losing serious ground in Saltibus, he appointed one of his cronies to the electoral Commission to do the dirty work of deleting Saltibus from the Choiseul/Saltibus constituency map. For months, he waited with baited breath for success; but the Electoral Commission rejected his request. He failed in his bid to “excommunicate” Saltibus from Choiseul.

IS HE STILL SICK?

Thereafter, he became a confused man. He knew that he had profoundly neglected Saltibus and feared the backlash. So, he and his team took a decision to saturate Saltibus with a 100-man match. He hired 100 operatives from all across the Constituency and went on a House-to-house campaign followed by a rum-and-chicken party. That did not work either. That made saltibus even more angry!

He then tried his trademark bluff strategy. He started giving ti-Canal contracts “black is blue” and “left and right” to anyone who wanted it. Saltibus was so hurt that many people roundly refused those contracts.

TUCKER'S CAMPAIGN VAN; BUT WHAT FOR SALTIBUS?

Saltibus claims that Rufus is the worst district rep they have ever known. They did not see him for 4 ½ years and they received zero representation and that stunned them! He thought that people from Saltibus were so ignorant that he could reach them anytime he wanted; but he was wrong! Saltibus has some of the most brilliant thinkers in St. Lucia and they are self-sufficient in thinking. They cannot be taken for granted!

SALTIBUS: A DEATH TRAP

The Saltibus community is built on pride and hard work. The members of the community travel deep into the forest to grow bananas and other crops for a living. They have toiled all their lives to send their children to school, pay their bills with no support from a government they have supported all their lives - a government they loved but which disappointed them.

Then came Lorne and he developed a profound personal relationship and “social contract” with the community. Lorne has been there with them all the way. He sees them at least once a week. He is aware of their problems and he has delivered in critical areas of representation. He will continue to deliver after November 28.

Lorne has made it clear that he will rehabilitate the Saltibus and Gertrine road network. He will also attend to the Guya Bois/Park Estate road. He will provide support and subsistence to the farmers, and recreational and sporting programmes and facilities for the youth. He will bring universal health care, universal preschool education to them. He will re-introduce the PROUD programme which Tucker stole from them. He will attend to the various geotechnical problems which plague Saltibus, Daban and Gertrine, making these communities a virtual death trap especially during the hurricane season. He will attend to the poverty problems, especially in Park Estate. This is why LORNE IS THE MAN!

It’s Lorne all the way in Saltibus for this elections; bluffs tricks will not save Tucker. For the first time in the electoral history in St. Lucia, SLP will defeat UWP in the Saltibus Box.

WHY HAVE THE PEOPLE OF SALTIBUS REJECTED BRUCE TUCKER?

4.   He has not made full disclosure about his history and state of Health to us.

5.   In the 1992 elections, he registered under a false name;

6.   He is now serving a permanent ineligibility ban from the US for convictions for identity theft and grand theft auto.

7.   Rick Wayne accused him of murder.

8.   He broke the US laws and was rightly sent to prison; we cannot reward him a third time for breaking the Laws of St. Lucia and elect him to parliament.

9.   He is unqualified to hold public Office.
